Raised in Ozark, MO, Channler knows the ins and outs of the Greater Ozarks area. Coming from the new construction and rehab field he has a vast knowledge of homes and a team of contractors and trades who can help his Buyers and Sellers out with anything they need. His main focus is Residential and Investment Real Estate. Having Bought & Sold investment properties himself he knows what to look for and can guide the new investor or seasoned investor to their next property. He's educated in Conventional, FHA, USDA, & VA Loans and can coach Buyers through their next home purchase with ease. Channler went to College on a Soccer Scholarship at Northeastern Oklahoma College. He majored in Construction Management. He prides himself on honesty, integrity, and hard work.
